Summary: This position requires someone who is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative and customer service tasks in a busy office environment.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. *Other duties may be assigned.
- Welcome and assist customers who come into the office in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide customer service in person, over the phone, and by email.
- Communicate with customers, county and state agencies, and other organizations.
- Handle multiple tasks at once, such as answering phones, responding to emails, helping customers, and assisting staff.
- Prepare delivery tickets and related paperwork if applicable.
- Set up new customer accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with drivers, technicians, and the sales team as needed.
- Process customer payments accurately and securely.
- Perform general office duties, including filing, scanning, copying, and faxing documents.
- Run company errands when requested.
- Complete other duties assigned by management.

Summary: Adirondack Family of Businesses is looking for a creative, organized, and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team.
As part of our marketing team, you’ll help execute day-to-day marketing initiatives for businesses spanning hospitality, tourism, retail, food service, and energy. No two days are the same, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys variety, is eager to learn, and isn’t afraid to wear multiple hats.
Primary Responsibilities
Social Media
- Schedule and publish content across multiple brands and platforms
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries
- Monitor engagement and social media performance
- Help maintain content calendars
- Assist with community management and audience engagement
Graphic Design
- Design social media graphics and digital content
- Create flyers, posters, signage, and promotional materials
- Update menus and marketing collateral
- Resize creative assets for various platforms and advertising formats
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials
Content Creation
- Capture photos and videos for marketing campaigns and events
- Edit short-form video content for social media
- Assist with creating Reels, TikToks, and other engaging digital content
Email Marketing
- Build and schedule email marketing campaigns
- Monitor email performance, including open and click-through rates
Event Support
- Assist with planning and preparing for marketing events
- Coordinate event signage and promotional materials
- Help with event setup and execution
- Capture event photography and video
- Assist with post-event marketing and content creation
Additional Responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Marketing with day-to-day marketing initiatives across all company brands
- Support special projects as assigned
- Be willing to jump in wherever needed in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Preferred Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who is creative, organized, and eager to learn. The ideal candidate will possess many of the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field preferred
- 2–3 years of previous marketing, communications, or content creation experience preferred
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or similar design software
- Experience using Meta Business Suite
- Basic photography and videography skills
- Strong copywriting and content creation abilities
- Experience managing social media platforms for a business or organization
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, creativity, and a willingness to learn
- A portfolio showcasing graphic design, photography, videography, or social media work is encouraged but not required.

- Responsible for the successful completion of all Department of Transportation (DOT) and OSHA regulations and requirements.
- Responsible for inspecting equipment prior to use and end of day by DOT regulations.
- Organize tickets and set up route for the day.
- Make deliveries according to schedule.
- Check in with office personnel throughout the day for additional deliveries.
- Finalizes inventory on truck to set up for deliveries
- Load truck as needed.
- Ensures safe operation and reports maintenance requirements.
- Responsible for reporting any spills, accidents, or injuries to authorized personnel.
- Responsible for managing any spills, accidents, or injuries until authorized personnel arrive on site.
- Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
